I always wanted to try baking a chocolate cake with avocado. This one was even easier, as no baking needed!
This chocolate cake is super easy to do, no sugar added, all ingredients are natural and healthy. I was really surprised with the end result and taste. I did not expect it to be as good and this close in texture to the real chocolate mousse.
First, you need to mix the almonds and cashew nuts, then add other ingredients needed for the pastry.
You’ll obtain a mixture that you need to spread at the bottom of your cake mold and place it in the fridge while preparing the chocolate ganache.
Mix the ingredients in the blender or a mixer, but you may want to transfer them to a kitchen robot before adding dark cacao and coconut oil to obtain even smoother texture for your chocolate ganache.
Then spread the ganache on the pastry and that’s it! Your chocolate cake is ready – easy and delicious. Sara loved it! 😉
